Last Updated: March 15, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to Piano Notes Master. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Piano Notes Master website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Account Sharing Prohibition: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your account or login credentials with any other person. Each account must be used by a single individual only. It is expressly prohibited to provide access to the Service to others through your account or to use your account for the benefit of others.
Multiple Account Prohibition: Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. Each individual may maintain only one account on the Service. Creating additional accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent limitations, extend trial periods, or access additional features without payment is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Violation of these account sharing restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action against users who systematically violate these restrictions.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Piano Notes Master offers a one-time payment of 4.99€ to access the full service after a free 10-minute trial.
Your purchase gives you unlimited access to all features of the Piano Notes Master platform. There are no recurring fees or hidden charges.
Each purchase is for a single user only. If multiple individuals need to use the Service, each person must purchase their own individual license. Sharing your account or allowing others to use your access is a violation of these Terms.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have fully evaluated the free trial and are satisfied with the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
